Kamil started out as a cameraman and editor, but soon found out that he would not be able to go this way, at the age of 22, he went on a business, of course online. He caught the world of e-commerce, helped launch Uloženka, and at the age of 27 he joined Heuréka as Operations Manager. After two years he went to a nearly three-year marketing director's mission at CZC.cz. However, he did not want to pursue pure marketing and that he is much more attracted to startups. The year consulted new projects in the Miton investment group until he said it was time to set up his own project that would give him a little more sense than just making money. And so the idea for the new Scuk.cz - an internet marketplace linking local farmers and producers with end customers was created.
Kamil is 33 years old, has two children and is a friendly introvert who is constantly looking for ways to do better. As he says, he does not mind being the dumbest in the room, because enveloping smarter and more capable people leads to success and not only to work growth.
